The Black Voices accepts  Freedom of Speech & Freedom of Expression " Let YOUR VOICE be heard and seen!" Freedom in the United States is the Peoples Right to speak their mind, peaceably assemble, and protest, and  are treasured and preserved in the First Amendment to the Constitution of the United States of America. In general, courts are reluctant to allow government limitations on these rights, and the government must show valid reasons for any restrictions. The institution of The Black Voices is to enable people that don't have money for a full page editorial to post their views.
